Mark is a highly tenured professional within the talent solutions area with more than 13 years experience in Operations Management, Practice Consultancy, Solution Design, Strategy Planning & Project Management.

Following a number of years in senior operational management roles, Mark was a founding member of KellyOCG’s Global Solution Design Group at the beginning of 2015, where, as Principal Architect, he was responsible for leading complex solution design and strategy around contingent talent for global organizations.

In 2018, Mark extended responsibility to global practice champion (MSP), as VP, Solution Design & Implementation within KellyOCG’s Professional Services Organization prior to his more recent position where he assumed responsibility for our central Project Management Office on a global basis.

Mark’s latest role involves responsibility for the development, writing and negotiation of KellyOCG client contracts and as launch sponsor for its larger and more complex deployments.

He is based in Ireland and enjoys playing an active role as part of KellyOCG’s EMEA leadership group, especially where this provides the opportunity to actively engage with our Europe based clients.
