Allwyn Peter is director strategic accounts and partnerships, APAC region, of KellyOCG. In his current role, Allwyn is responsible for leading and building key relationships with large strategic clients strengthening and deepening our partnerships with them through strategic workforce consulting. He is also responsible for new business development especially for KellyOCG portfolio of services, namely Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Talent Consulting solutions.

With over 20 years of experience across recruitment, workforce outsourcing, skill development and HR Tech, Allwyn brings a full array of experience and knowledge in the talent supply chain management, including meaningful client and talent engagement. In the past, he has developed and expanded national, regional, and international accounts across various industries and functions. With practical and hands-on experience in the talent management space, Allwyn helps customers align their talent strategy with their long-term growth objectives to achieve their fullest potential.

He is a science graduate with MBA in marketing from Pune University followed by an Executive Education Program from IIM Bangalore. Allwyn has a passion for music and loves travelling and meeting new people.
